Return Policy

The brand’s return policy is designed to support a straightforward and secure shopping experience while acknowledging that not every purchase will meet customer expectations. To help set clear expectations, customers are encouraged to review the return guidelines before initiating a request so they fully understand the conditions and process involved. During the holiday period, a temporary extension applies: orders placed between October 30 and December 30, 2024 are eligible for returns until January 31, 2025. This extended window is limited in scope and does not apply to items marked as final sale or to select collaboration products, which are excluded from returns, refunds, and exchanges.

To qualify for a return, products must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging should remain attached whenever possible to support efficient processing. Customers are required to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Items showing visible wear, damage, alteration, or cleaning are not eligible for return. While missing tags alone may not automatically disqualify a return, maintaining original packaging is strongly recommended to avoid complications. Once a return is approved, refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method, including prepaid cards where applicable. For orders purchased as gifts, reimbursement is generally provided in the form of store credit. Items designated as final sale are not eligible under any circumstances for refund, exchange, or return.

Returns can be completed either by mail or through participating retail locations. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For in-store purchases linked to a customer account or digital receipt, returns may be processed through the online return system. However, purchases made without an associated email or digital record must be returned directly to a physical store location. It is not permitted to combine multiple orders into a single return shipment, and prepaid return labels are not available for APO or FPO addresses.

For mail-in returns, a standard return shipping fee of 6.00 is applied and deducted from the refund total. This fee may be waived in certain situations, such as for loyalty program members on eligible purchases, when customers choose store credit instead of a refund, or when items are returned directly in person at a retail location. Once a return request is initiated online, customers receive confirmation along with instructions, including a QR code and a prepaid shipping label. The package must then be dropped off at a designated carrier location within a 14-day period. For in-person returns, no online initiation is required.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at the processing facility to ensure they meet the stated eligibility requirements. Customers are notified once their return has been reviewed and either approved or declined. The evaluation process may take up to seven business days, after which approved refunds typically appear within three to five additional business days depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider. When store credit is issued, it is delivered electronically to the email address used during the original purchase. Items that fail to meet return conditions may be rejected, and any previously issued credit may be reversed if necessary. Gift-related returns are refunded to the original purchaser or recipient once the return is confirmed in transit.

Each return is assessed individually to confirm that the product is in acceptable condition, helping maintain consistency and fairness across all cases. The company reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or future purchases in situations where misuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations are suspected. Returns submitted outside the standard eligibility window or without sufficient proof of purchase may still be processed as store credit or handled according to applicable legal requirements. This framework is intended to balance customer flexibility with the need to protect product standards and ensure responsible use of the return system.
